6. You don't have to act on every emotion you feel.
7. Healing is about learning to carry it differently.
8. Not everyone will understand your journey.
9. The noise in your head is not a prediction.
10. Some days 'surviving' is winning.
11. Tears are not a sign of defeat.
12. You can have a good day and still struggle.
The world needs more kindness, so don't underestimate the power of your smile, your words, or your actions.
